Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility & Qualifications

Customers are eligible to apply for product returns and corresponding refunds within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the ordered item. Qualified return scenarios include but are not limited to:

  • Products received with physical damage
  • Unusable or defective products that fail to work normally
  • Received products that do not match the ordered model, specifications or product description displayed on yucolen.store

All return requests must be initiated by contacting our official customer service team within the valid 30-day return window. Any return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Official Return Procedure

To complete a valid return and refund application, please strictly follow the official process below:

1. Submit a return request to our customer service team via the official contact email within the valid return period, and provide your order number, product information and return reason.

2. Wait for customer service confirmation and obtain the exclusive designated return address.

Critical Reminder: Do NOT send returned items to the original shipping address or our business address. Any items returned to undesignated addresses will result in failed refund processing, and our store will not bear corresponding responsibilities.

3. After receiving the confirmed return address, properly package the product and ship it back, and retain the shipping tracking proof for verification if needed.

3. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

The bearer of return postage is determined based on the cause of product return, with clear classification rules as follows:

  • Merchant-borne postage (Product Quality Issues): If the return is caused by product inherent quality problems, including product damage, factory defects, functional failure and other non-human-induced issues,yucolen.store will fully cover all return shipping fees.
  • Customer-borne postage (Customer Remorse): If the return is due to personal customer reasons, including but not limited to customers disliking the product, incorrect order placement, unnecessary purchase and other subjective reasons, the customer shall be solely responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fee Regulation

yucolen.store charges zero restocking fees for all valid return and refund orders. Customers do not need to pay any additional handling fees, service fees or restocking fees during the entire return and refund process.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and verify your returned item and confirm that the return meets all policy requirements, we will complete refund processing within 5 working days. The refund will be returned via the customer’s original payment channel. The arrival time of the refund funds shall be subject to the processing rules of your payment platform or bank.
