1. General Shipping Benefits
Free Domestic US Delivery: YUCOLEN provides free standard shipping for all orders shipped to any address within the United States. No minimum order value, no hidden shipping fees, and no delivery surcharges for contiguous US states. This free shipping policy covers all women’s clothing products sold in our store.
Zero Tax Charges: YUCOLEN does not charge any sales tax, customs tax, import duty, or additional miscellaneous taxes on all US orders. Customers will only pay the listed product price at checkout with no extra tax-related expenses.
2. Order Handling Time
Order handling time refers to the period from successful order placement and payment confirmation to the shipment dispatch of your package. All order processing is completed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding official US federal holidays, weekends, and store designated off-days).
– Standard order handling: All confirmed in-stock orders will be processed, packaged, and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
We strictly adhere to consistent handling time displays across our website and Google Shopping product feeds to comply with Google Shopping Ads accuracy policies, avoiding inconsistent shipping information statements.
3. Order Cut-off Time
The daily order cut-off time is set to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
– Orders successfully paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM PST on business days will enter the handling process on the same day and be prioritized for dispatch within our standard handling window.
– Orders successfully paid and confirmed after 2:00 PM PST on business days will be processed starting from the next business day.
– All orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next official business day. This cut-off rule is uniformly synchronized with Google Merchant Center shipping attribute settings to ensure policy compliance.
4. Transit & Delivery Time
Transit time refers to the period from package dispatch from our warehouse to successful delivery to the customer’s designated shipping address. All transit time estimates apply exclusively to US domestic orders.
– Standard shipping transit time: 3–7 business days for all contiguous United States addresses.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur due to courier operational issues, extreme weather conditions, holiday logistics surges, or unforeseen service disruptions. YUCOLEN does not bear liability for third-party carrier transit delays but will assist customers in tracking and following up on delayed packages.
5. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
Currently, YUCOLEN’s free shipping service only covers valid shipping addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services at this stage. All shipping scope information is consistent across our website and Google Shopping ad listings to avoid misleading customer expectations, complying with Google Shopping policy requirements for transparent geographic shipping restrictions.
6. Order Modification & Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request order address modifications or full order cancellation before their package is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order enters the shipping transit status, no modifications or cancellations are supported. All change requests shall be submitted via our official contact email listed below.
